Our client, a global leader Recruitment Firm is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their London team within the Technology, Contract division.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to their ambitious growth plans and play a key role in targeting new and existing clients in the EU market.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for filling contract needs within the Technology sector, working closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensuring successful placements. The job involves a 360-recruitment model, encompassing account management, business development, sales, and recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling and expanding within our client's Preferred Supplier List (PSL) accounts, leveraging warm leads and established relationships.
- Utilizing business development and sales techniques, including warm calling and networking, to target existing clients and build relationships with senior-level executives.
- Recruiting, sourcing, and headhunting to identify the best talent for our clients' hiring needs.
- Pre-screening and qualifying candidates by assessing their experience, skills, and career aspirations.
- Acting as a consultant between candidates and clients, guiding them through the interview process, managing expectations, and facilitating offer negotiations.
- Mentoring, coaching, and managing junior team members.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ideally, experience in Financial Services, Life Sciences, Professional Services, Manufacturing, or Technology recruitment, or a similar vertical industry.
- Minimum of 2 years working in a 360/full-desk model, encompassing both sales/account management and recruiting.
- Proven track record in developing your own business and achieving billings within a niche vertical discipline.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and accounts effectively.
- Strong ability to qualify job requirements and communicate them clearly to colleagues.
- Previous experience as a resourcer and some managerial experience would be ideal.
