Our client is offering an uncapped commission structure with no threshold or draw up to 30%, allowing for unlimited earning potential. As a new addition to the team, you will have the ability to work with some of the biggest and most successful businesses in the country and impact the extremely hot job market. You will also have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role while building a successful business.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of 360-Full Desk Recruitment Experience or client relationships experience with a proven track record of success. They should take pride in building relationships in and out of the office, possess an ambitious and goal-driven attitude or sports-minded competitiveness.
In return, our client offers a base and uncapped commission structure, with a first-year on-target earnings of $150k+.
