Our client, a global market leader in Regulated Industries Recruitment, is seeking a highly motivated and sales-focused Senior Manager of Financial Compliance Recruitment to join their expanding team in New York City. With a strong presence in Financial Services, Life Sciences, and Technology sectors, our client has been at the forefront of the industry since its establishment in London in 2011. They have experienced remarkable growth and now operate offices in New York, Dallas, San Diego, London, Cardiff, and Amsterdam.

As the US business continues to thrive, they are seeking talented leaders to help scale their Financial Services Compliance recruitment team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in their journey by acting as a recruitment team lead and strategic leader for the larger Financial Services division. Their Compliance recruitment team is the highest producing desk within the organization and plays a vital role in cross-collaboration within their US Finance division.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Financial Services recruiting space, particularly in compliance, FCC, corporate governance, etc. They should have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and leaders, working with a 360/full-desk model, and building strong client relationships. Additionally, the candidate should have a desire to grow a function to a large scale and possess a positive attitude and engaging business-like approach.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

     
  • Experience in the Financial Services recruiting space, particularly in compliance, FCC, corporate governance, etc.
  •  
  • Strong track record of managing high-performing teams and leaders
  •  
  • Proficiency in working with a 360/full-desk model, including sales/account management and recruiting, while handling multiple client relationships and accounts
  •  
  • Demonstrated success in developing your own business and generating billings within a niche and candidate-short vertical discipline
  •  
  • Desire to grow a function to a large scale by managing and developing recruitment consultants and future leaders
  •  
  • Positive attitude and engaging business-like approach

  • Target new clients and top-tier talent, acting as a consultant between candidates and clients and providing coaching throughout the interview process
  •  
  • Offer recommendations and educate clients and candidates on current talent market conditions
  •  
  • Lead a team of specialized 360/full-desk Financial Services recruiters, serving as a recruiting business partner and subject matter expert
  •  
  • Allocate your sales and recruiting team to current open positions, proactive searches, and set sales/recruiting KPIs
  •  
  • Work closely with the Director of Financial Services to build out operations and strategy for the organization
  •  
  • Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing recruiting team
  •  
  • Communicate effectively and provide timely feedback, expectations, and accountability for results to your team
  •  
  • Assist in achieving weekly placement goals
