• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, actively sourcing the most suitable candidates
 
• Provide valuable advice to candidates regarding job opportunities and career development
 
• Deliver effective recruitment solutions that align with client needs
 
• Negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes for both candidates and clients

Skills and Experience:

 
• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role
 
• Proven track record in the recruitment industry, preferably within agency settings
 
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with team members
