A prestigious client is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to become an essential part of their newly formed team at their Reading Office, led by a recently appointed Business Manager. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a confident Salesperson from any background to make a name for themselves within the industry.

The ideal candidate may have prior experience in recruitment or come from a strong business development background, seeking more autonomy and the chance to forge long-lasting relationships. As a Recruitment Consultant, the individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with various clients.

Key Responsibilities:

     
  1. Serving as the initial point of contact and representative of the business when engaging new clients.
  2.  
  3. Reconnecting with previous clients and confidently reintroducing the brand and its services.
  4.  
  5. Establishing a presence in the market through networking and market mapping.
  6.  
  7. Utilizing experience and skills to identify new opportunities for recruitment projects within the group.
  8.  
  9. Providing support to junior consultants in need of assistance with closing deals.
  10.  
  11. Expanding the scope of work within existing clients' businesses by penetrating new areas.
  12.  
  13. Applying creativity and past experiences to develop innovative approaches and pitches.
  14.  
  15. Managing and developing large accounts and key relationships.
  16.  
  17. Aiming to expand the tech function and build upon an already successful cost center within the business.
  18.  
  19. Adapting to various relationship-building techniques, employing the latest industry tools.

Qualifications:

     
  1. Demonstrated success in managing and evolving partnerships within a recruitment business.
  2.  
  3. Experience in engaging with diverse clients, overcoming objections, and offering solutions up to C-level executives both in-person and over the phone.
  4.  
  5. A genuine people person who enjoys meeting new individuals and building long-lasting relationships.
