Job Description:

As a Sales Recruiter, you will play a vital role in the recruitment process, enjoying a full-cycle, closing position with great rewards. Key responsibilities include:

     
  • Utilize multiple resources to search, source, and screen potential candidates
  •  
  • Drive new business development to acquire clients and build a strong book of business
  •  
  • Manage the entire interview process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience
  •  
  • Engage in full-cycle sales, from prospecting to successfully closing deals
  •  
  • Handle a large capacity of clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service
  •  
  • Track personal revenue as well as team revenue, contributing to overall success
  •  
  • Participate in various sales training activities, including leading when required
  •  
  • Develop a strategic approach to maximize revenue, focusing on both business development and account management
  •  
  • Gain a deep understanding of the market from both client and candidate perspectives
  •  
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing recruitment and sales best practices

The Successful Applicant:

To thrive in this role, you will need:

     
  • A minimum of 3 years of B2B/B2C sales or sales management experience
  •  
  • Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  •  
  • Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas
  •  
  • Proven track record of managing the entire sales cycle, articulating the process effectively
  •  
  • Strong experience in new business development (highly desired)
  •  
  • Previous experience in managing or mentoring other sales reps and driving their development and performance
  •  
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindset
  •
