Currently experiencing steady growth, they are seeking a Lead Recruitment Consultant to join their Reading office and support their continued expansion.
Job Opportunity:
As a Lead Consultant, you will play a vital role in the business, operating at a leadership level and demonstrating consistently high performance in client and candidate management. While not directly responsible for managing a team, you will be the go-to person in the absence of management, providing guidance and exhibiting best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to new business opportunities by exploring various routes to market and making commercial decisions.
- Foster meaningful and extensive client relationships, surpassing expectations in terms of customer service and delivery.
- Demonstrate thought leadership by establishing a clear understanding of the relationship between activity and results, consistently achieving high metrics and ratios.
- Independently manage workload, utilizing various recruitment methodologies including permanent contingency, contract, and retained/executive search.
- Serve as a role model for new and existing staff, exemplifying the company's values, work ethic, and best practices.
- Support management through training, acting as a stand-in when required, and driving initiatives aligned with company values.
Compensation Package:
- Up to 25% commission with no threshold and uncapped earning potential.
