Responsibilities:
Build and maintain candidate relationships within the healthcare space, focusing on Hospitals and Health Systems throughout the US.
Utilize various recruitment channels such as social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, Vivian, and referrals to attract Registered Nurses.
Collaborate with the core leadership team to develop recruitment strategies and ensure successful candidate delivery to high-profile clients and hospitals.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of agency recruiting experience.
Proven track record of being a top performer.
Demonstrated innovation, drive, and a positive attitude towards tackling tasks.
Strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively.
Excellent communication, facilitation, mediation, and organizational skills.
