Due to client demand and growth, they are seeking sales-focused Experienced Recruitment Consultants and Managing Consultants to join their team. This opportunity is based in downtown San Diego, offering hybrid flexibility with 3-4 days onsite.
The Role:
They are looking for experienced full-desk recruiters who have the ambition to become future leaders and take ownership of a growing market. The role involves a 360 recruitment model, encompassing account management, business development, sales, and recruiting.
Key responsibilities:
- Targeting new clients using business development and sales techniques, while effectively communicating value propositions.
- Recruiting, sourcing, and head-hunting candidates based on client hiring needs and job qualifications.
- Pre-screening, qualifying, and networking with candidates to understand their experience, skills, and career aspirations.
- Acting as a consultant, guiding candidates and clients through the interview process.
- Developing market strategies and plans to specialize in the industry.
What they're looking for:
- Ideally, experience in Financial Services Compliance, Finance & Accounting, or Technology/Cyber recruitment (or similar vertical industries). However, candidates from all markets are welcome.
- Proven success in working a 360/full-desk model, including sales, account management, and recruiting.
- Demonstrated ability to develop business and generate billings within a niche and candidate-short discipline.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client relationships and accounts.
- Excellent qualification skills and effective communication within the team.
