Senior Manager - Technology/Cyber Recruitment

As the US business expands, our client is looking for an experienced leader to join their team and help scale the Technology and Cyber recruitment division. In this role, you will serve as both a recruitment team lead and a strategic leader for the Technology division, with a particular focus on cybersecurity recruitment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performing teams and leaders, as well as a strong background in 360/full-desk recruitment, client relationship management, and business development within a niche technology discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

     
  • Lead and grow a team of specialized 360/full-desk Tech recruiters, acting as a business partner and subject matter expert.
  •  
  • Target new clients and top-tier talent, acting as a consultant throughout the interview process and providing recommendations based on current talent market conditions.
  •  
  • Set sales and recruiting KPIs, allocate resources effectively, and drive the achievement of weekly placement goals.
  •  
  • Work closely with the Senior Business Leader of Technology to develop operations and strategies for the organization.
  •  
  • Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing recruiting team, providing timely feedback, expectations, and accountability for results.
  •  
  • Collaborate with clients and candidates to facilitate successful placements and ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.

Qualifications:

     
  • Strong experience within the technology recruiting space, preferably with a focus on cybersecurity, engineering, or cyber sales.
  •  
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-performing teams and leaders.
  •  
  • Proven track record of business development and billings within a niche technology discipline.
  •  
  • Ability to grow and scale a function while managing and developing recruitment consultants and future leaders.
  •  
  • Positive attitude, engaging business-like approach, and excellent communication skills.
