Expectations:

     
  • Minimum of 12 months' experience in recruitment or proactive sales, OR a graduate degree
  •  
  • Confidence in adapting to a particularly high-caliber industry
  •  
  • Target-driven and self-motivated, with inherent resilience
  •  
  • Strong negotiation skills
  •  
  • Proficient mathematical capabilities

Role Responsibilities:

     
  • Source niche, high-caliber candidates for mid-to-senior level vacancies within the Pharmaceutical sector
  •  
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process

  • Consistently develop business with emerging and niche companies
