The role:

- Develop and deliver national training programs

- Monitor and evaluate training to employees

- Drive team sales activity and oversee KPIs

- Devise energetic and desirable incentives and team building strategies

Ideal Candidate:

- 3+ years as a 360 Recruiter

- Confidence in ability to adapt to a particularly high-calibre industry

- Target driven and self-motivated with innate resilience
